Landscape Design Services

The scope of work for landscape design generally includes:

• Initial Consultation
• Site Analysis
• Concept Design Development
• Conceptual Design of Pools, Spas, Water Features,
  Garden Structures
• Design of Walls, Driveways, Patios, Outdoor Kitchens,
  Walkways and Other Hardscape Elements
• Final Master Plan with Plant Design and Plant Lists
• Coordination with Irrigation, Lighting, Masonry,
  Fencing and Landscape Contractors
• Installation Supervision and Maintenance Consultations

Fees for landscape design vary depending upon the size of the property and the scope and complexity of the project.  Supervision of installations, project coordination and maintenance consultations are charged at an additional hourly rate.  Also, a simple landscape consultation is available for a flat fee, however, no plans or drawings will be produced or provided.
